Mollie Bus Driver/Parking Lot Attendant (SF Bay Area Applicants Only)

About the Role:

Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for an experienced, self-directed driver who may operate between two stores. This is a highly visible and responsible position requiring exceptional customer service skills. This is a part time position. When not driving the van, this position will be responsible for maintaining the parking lot's appearance, monitoring that the lot is used for Mollie Stone's patrons, assisting customers and any other duties presented by management.

Essential Functions:

• Drive customers home, after shopping.
• Assist customer loading and unloading their groceries from the Mollie Bus.
• Transfer products between city locations.
• Work 24 hours a week.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Good time management.
• Ability and agility to accommodate changes in business needs and still meet delivery schedules.
• Be somewhat knowledgeable and very comfortable driving through the streets of San Francisco.
• California Driver’s License and excellent DMV report a must.
• Previous experience driving a van (15 passenger) or large vehicle preferred.
• Flexibility in schedule.
• Local candidates only.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
• Standing: Up to 3 hours per day.
• Seating: Up to 5 hours per day.
• Walking: Up to 3 hours per day.
• Reaching: Up to 2 hours per day.

Travel Requirements:                                                                                                                                        

• Independent and reliable local travel 80-90% of the time.

Pay range:

$18.07-19 depending on industry experience.
