About the Role:
Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for an experienced Vitamin/Wellness Manager who will be responsible for ordering, stocking, pricing, and selling vitamins and health & beauty care products. This person will have strong product knowledge, leadership skills, ordering, inventory control and exceptional customer service.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain a current and in-depth knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and other health and beauty items in the department
- Maintain and merchandise shelves so they are fully stocked and properly faced throughout the day.
- Assist customers with product information, customer service and reaching product off the shelves as necessary.
- Provide guidance on use and differences in products
- Ensure all shelf labels and signage is accurate
- Work with buyer and store managers to determine additions or deletions of inventory based on sales, inventory, and current market trends
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience working with vitamins/supplements, homeopathy, or holistic experience. Education in nutrition or related field is a plus
- Strong knowledge and passion of vitamins and supplements
- Exceptional customer service
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Able to work various hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Travel Requirements:
- Independent and reliable local travel up to 20-50% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
- Standing: Up to 8 hours per day.
- Walking: Up to 8 hours per day.
- Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day.

Pay range:
$23.25+ depending on industry experience
